The following terms govern the relationship between Kiwi Treasure Casino and each person who creates an account or uses any feature of our platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of every clause set out below.
Account registration and eligibility
Registration is restricted to natural persons aged 18 or above who reside in jurisdictions where remote gambling is lawful. Players from territories that prohibit online gaming are not permitted to open an account.
Each player may hold a single account. Attempts to register duplicate profiles, including those created with altered personal details or alternative payment instruments, will result in suspension and forfeiture of balances accrued through such accounts.

Deposits, withdrawals, and currency handling
All transactions are processed in the currency selected at registration. Conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider fall outside our control and remain your responsibility.
Withdrawals are released only after successful identity verification and only to the same payment instrument that was used to deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering rules under AGCC licence 155 C1.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them remain restricted until wagering requirements are fully met. Withdrawing or transferring funds while a bonus is active will cancel any unrealised bonus value.
Bonus abuse — including coordinated play across multiple accounts, low-risk wagering patterns, or exploitation of pricing errors — entitles us to void affected wins and close the implicated profiles.
Service availability and platform changes
We strive to offer uninterrupted access, yet scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force-majeure events may temporarily affect availability. Advance notice is published whenever feasible.
We reserve the right to modify game libraries, withdraw individual titles, or revise the present terms. Material amendments will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Complaints, governing law, and dispute resolution
Complaints should first be addressed to our customer care team, which aims to provide a substantive response within seven business days. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
Unresolved matters may be escalated to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, our licensing regulator, or to an approved alternative dispute resolution body whose contact details we will share on request. These terms are governed by the laws of Alderney, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
